Welcome! I'm a Multiracial, second-generation Egyptian, neurodivergent, disabled, creative therapist living and working on unceded Tongva and Chumash land, known as California.
I've spent 27 years in the mental health field, and I specialize in working with trauma (including Complex PTSD), relationships, identity, gender, creativity, neurodiversity, and meeting the deep longings of our being.
I'm a liberatory trauma therapist, a somatic Jungian dream worker, a certified SoulCollage Facilitator, and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a research-validated model for working with attachment (our sense of security with one another) to help people build or repair relationships to become a safe haven.
I'm an INFJ, Manifesting-Generator, and my astrological sun sign dwells in the depths of the 12th house, where I seem well-fitted to bring a loving light to dark places.
